Manager Nina Christen, head chef Julia Schmid and their team focus on the three cornerstones of warm hospitality, feel-good ambience and honest, contemporary cuisine. Home-style lunch menus, aperitif platters with selected products and innovative à la carte service in the evening form the basic concept. The gastronomic offer is based on natural and home-made cuisine, a nose-to-tail approach and the use of local and Swiss products.
