Zentrum Paul Klee: Annual report 2007

Another successful trading year for the Zentrum Paul Klee, this time under its new Director: with 164,000 paying admissions for the exhibitions and Creaviva children’s museum alone, the originally predicted yearly average of 150,000 admissions was again greatly exceeded. Five exhibitions, more than 2300 guided tours, 220 corporate events and almost as many theatre, dance, literature-related and concert performances highlight the Zentrum’s international appeal as a cultural destination. The Zentrum also managed to continue asserting its interdisciplinary credentials and to communicate successfully with its target audiences, despite the need for massive cost-cutting measures. The Annual Report 2007 contains details of the activities undertaken by this Bern-based cultural institution.
