The tasks of the Management of the children’s museum Kindermuseum Creaviva include:

• Running the Kindermuseum Creaviva.
• Budgeting, financial planning and keeping the accounts of the Kindermuseum Creaviva.
• Managing the business office of Fondation du Musée des Enfants auprès du Centre Paul Klee (FME).

Co-operation
Key management tasks include maintaining close co-operation with schools and providing advanced teacher training; jointly defining teaching and, when the time comes, involving visitors in activities so as to ensure that the plans take full account of the wishes and needs of the various target groups.
 
Staff
The Management will in all probability be assisted by six permanent teaching staff members. Outside artists or experts may be called in for individual projects. A further aim is to offer work experience to students of museum teaching activities, art history or the pictorial arts for special exhibitions or activities.
