Stiftung Zentrum Paul Klee

On 15 September 2000 the City and the Canton of Bern and the Paul-Klee-Stiftung (Paul Klee Foundation – PKS) signed the foundation charter for the new Stiftung Zentrum Paul Klee (Zentrum Paul Klee Foundation – SZPK), then still Stiftung Paul Klee-Zentrum (Paul Klee-Zentrum Foundation – SPKZ), and thereby established the financial operating basis for the Zentrum Paul Klee.

With the founding of the Stiftung Zentrum Paul Klee and the agreement with the Paul-Klee-Stiftung the Public Sector (the City and the Canton of Bern) established a further important legal requirement for the creation of the Zentrum Paul Klee.
