The Villa Schöngrün is situated next to the Zentrum Paul Klee and marks out the northern entrance to the grounds.

The villa was built in the pre-industrial age, and is reminiscent of the summer residences of Bern’s patrician families. The villa, which is now a listed building, was carefully and lovingly restored, with a glass pavilion extension: as the “Restaurant Schöngrün” it is an elegant place to dine and wine.
