A separate item is posted specifically for the media whenever media conferences are held. All the image material relating to these events can then be found under that item.
 
The media window is available for a limited period only (usually a fortnight); the window is closed again once that period has elapsed. The user password and password for accessing the data will be communicated at the media conference or on request.
