Art courseUrban Sketching

Urban Sketching explores our surroundings, offers space for experimentation and gives ideas a form. Together, we explore Creaviva and Zentrum Paul Klee with the Fruchtland and the surrounding neighbourhood, using drawing to look for questions and answers.

 

Architecture and nature become starting points for our drawing practice. Equipped with the appropriate tools, we find and leave traces, then bring our collected impressions back to the Creaviva studios, where we develop them further. As explorers, we keep a drawing journal in which we record our observations, ideas and impressions. We look, talk, draw and discover. With pen and paper, we try to understand our surroundings.

 

We observe closely, capture what catches our attention and experiment with different ways of drawing. The aim is not to depict something as accurately as possible, but to bring our own perception onto the page.

Two weeks before the course begins, we will inform you by email whether the minimum number of participants has been reached. If the course cannot take place, the course fee will be refunded.
