The Creaviva at the Zentrum Paul Klee is open to everyone. We pay particular attention to the needs of visitors with disabilities. Since 2016, the Creaviva has carried the Culture inclusive label. Our staff are always happy to help and support you during your visit.

General information

    • Arrival by public transport: From Bern railroad station you can take bus no. 12 in the direction of Zentrum Paul Klee. From the bus stop, an 80 m long footpath leads to the main entrance of the Zentrum Paul Klee in the middle hill (at the beginning approx. 15 m gravel surface, then asphalt). The Creaviva is located on the 1st floor of the north hill (below the museum café).
    • Access by car or transport: There are three parking spaces available for people with disabilities. Parking tickets can be paid for and validated by people in wheelchairs at the museum ticket office until 5 pm. (The machine controls are high up). Access for transportation is also possible into the delivery area by prior arrangement.
  • Visitors with a disability receive free admission to the daily open studio with the Sternschnuppe Foundation's Freizeitsterne card. Assistance persons have free admission to all offers. The Open Studio and courses for adults can be booked at a reduced price with the KulturLegi.

    • Wheelchairs: The Creaviva and Zentrum Paul Klee are wheelchair-accessible. Wheelchairs are available for hire in the museum for people with mobility impairments. The entire building has a wooden floor at ground level.
    • The Creaviva on the 1st floor of the North Hill is easily accessible thanks to an elevator.
    • Guide dogs are welcome in all rooms.
  • Wheelchair-accessible toilets are located on the 1st floor of the North Hill, in both the ladies' and men's toilets. The washbasin is wheelchair accessible and the mirror is swivel-mounted and low.

    • The interactive exhibition, which is free and open daily, works without language or instructions.
    • The Fünfliber workshop, also open daily, uses simple photo instructions to show you how to create your own small work.
