Music Contest. Live at Klee

Are you a talented musician from Switzerland? Do you play solo or in a formation (acoustic or semi-acoustic)? Then hopefully you have registered for the Music Contest at the Zentrum Paul Klee in Bern!
The competition offers talented musicians the chance to be judged by a panel of experts. The prize is three live performances: at the Museum Night 2026 at the Zentrum Paul Klee, at the Mühle Hunziken as support and at Gustav in the Bierhübeli Bern.
The application deadline has already expired.
The three finalists will perform live on Saturday, 21 June 2025, at the Zentrum Paul Klee's anniversary celebration (30 minutes each). The jury will select and announce the winner(s) on the same evening.
- Selina Gartmann, Music Promotion Bern / Swiss Music Export Office
- Jasmina Serag, musician / Sirens Of Lesbos
- Nina Zimmer, director Kunstmuseum Bern - Zentrum Paul Klee
- Pascal Rötheli, Seaside Festival
- Philippe Cornu, Gadget Entertainment Group AG
In addition to musical quality, the jury will also judge criteria such as stage presence, interaction with the audience, charisma, enthusiasm and independence.
The spatial conditions of the auditorium at the Zentrum Paul Klee require a semi-acoustic realisation of the songs.

The jury was pleased to receive a diverse range of applications, but it was not easy for them to make a decision. It is now delighted to welcome three finalists with great musical potential for the future to the anniversary festival at the Zentrum Paul Klee.
Our jury has selected three outstanding acts to perform live at the big anniversary festival on 21 June 2025:

Jella
The Bernese singer-songwriter interweaves spirituality with music. Her songs are characterised by authentic storytelling and a warm voice.

Leanna
With her French folk-pop, she transports you to a dreamy world of sound. Her songs are lyrical and melancholic, yet always light-footed and catchy.
